Over 30 years ago, Dawn Hultz began her career in the insurance industry with Kemper Insurance Company providing customer service for product liability claims. She moved on to become a claim adjuster with General Accident, CGU and OneBeacon Insurance Companies. Dawn became a Property & Casualty licensed insurance agent in 1998 and was introduced to surety bonds in 2003. When the opportunity arose, she opened Donegan and Associates Agency LLC in 2011 to continue servicing clients in the mortgage industry with surety bonds. The company has expanded to write additional insurance coverage through the admitted and surplus lines markets.
